Integrating technology into reading and language arts is easy to do with the technology tools and resources available on the web.  In this session, we’ll investigate websites with interactive activities, lessons, and project ideas.  We’ll also look at the free software that can be used for reading projects, including digital storytelling.

 

Instructional Tie:  Integrating technology into reading activities provides engaging, interactive, and often differentiated instructional opportunities for students.  Additionally, online professional development and lesson planning resources provide teachers with a bank of best practices and ideas for technology integration in the reading classroom.
